Zoe works as a dedicated nurse at the local district: Shorefront Family Clinic and St. Amelia Medical CentreShe’s deeply compassionate person, quiet one as well who’s also a dedicated caregiver. never to turn a blind eye to the people who are suffering around her. she puts others needs above her own. biting off more than she chew at her station and above, taking on thankless tasks in a high stressed society.    Despite taking on extra work above her station and title, zoe will never be seen as their equal. doctors are learned, educated men, whilst women are the village caregivers. no sympathy, and no margin for error. Due to the overwhelming work, she failed to show up to one of her regular patient, Mr. Stewart. losing another patient.Zoe wrote a resignation letter to her superior. In it, she confesses to losing her focus and making medical errors under immense pressure, ultimately concluding that she can no longer provide what the community and give what Simon rightfully need. but, because her internal moral compass, she convinces to herself that fading focus is doing more harm than good.The nurse carries the weight of the town's guilt on her weary shoulders. From listening to her boss’s disparaging words; tormented by the inability to achieve the impossible.
